Walker represents the fourth generation of the Russell family to pursue a career at Russell Insurance. He joined the firm in June 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of North Texas in 2023. In 2026, he became a partner at the firm.

Walker has experience across a broad range of insurance exposures. In personal insurance, he specializes in serving successful individuals and families, with a particular focus on complex insurance programs that require tailored, sophisticated solutions.

On the commercial side, his expertise includes retail, technology, and professional offices.
